Meet Anna

Women and girls face enormous pressure to be “perfect.” This pressure often creates feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty connecting with others and blocks in creativity and passion.

Many women feel an overwhelming pressure to be “perfect” in their relationships, their careers and in their personal lives. This pressure creates feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of connection and difficulty in relationships. I help my patients uncover their feelings and identify the patterns that keep them stuck so that they can feel more empowered and at peace. In turn, this builds the confidence for them to pursue what feels good to them rather than what feels expected. My goal as a therapist is to help my patients find relief AND to help them create deep satisfaction in their lives.

I am a Los Angeles based associate marriage and family therapist (AMFT#125758). I work from a psychodynamic, feminist and person-centered perspective and create a culturally sensitive and LGBTQ+ allied place for treatment of all my patients. While I am continuing to accrue hours towards licensure, I am supervised by Dr. Deanie Eichenstein (PSY29612).
