Women and girls face enormous pressure to be “perfect.” This pressure often creates feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty connecting with others and blocks in creativity and passion.
Meet Dr. Sam Harris

I specialize in therapy with 11-to-19-year-olds with:
• anxiety
• shyness
• eating & body image concerns
-
LGBTQIA+ identity
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that emotional
well-being develops within the context of supportive and positive
relationships. With a focus on collaboration, I seek to create a safe
and non-judgmental environment that allows for a deepened sense
of connection to oneself and others. Engaging in the therapeutic
process often leads to an expanded capacity to draw upon internal
resources to manage strong emotions and navigate complex
relationships. I view my role in this process as both a guide and a
witness, and I tailor treatment to the unique concerns, needs, and
backgrounds of my individual clients, both children and adults.
