Also known as matrescence: the developmental phase of becoming a mother is just emerging as a transformational developmental phase to be explored. At our practice, we offer specialized psychotherapy services designed to support new moms through this significant life transition.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, or simply adjusting to the demands of motherhood, we are here to listen and offer strategies for coping and thriving.

 

Individual Therapy: Our individual therapy sessions are personalized to address your specific needs and concerns. We use evidence-based approaches to help you manage stress, enhance self-care practices, and build resilience during this transformative time.

 

Parent-Infant Relationship Support: We recognize the importance of the bond between you and your baby. Our therapy can help you strengthen this relationship, navigate challenges such as bonding difficulties, and develop strategies for nurturing healthy attachment. 

Telehealth sessions or in person sessions with or without baby are available, depending on your needs.
