Sophia works with both adults and children creating a warm, open, and empathic therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore their internal experiences. Her clinical interests include anxiety and stress management, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, attachment issues, and trauma. Her work is grounded in an attachment-based psychodynamic approach, which emphasizes the importance of early relationships and emotional development. In her work with children and adolescents, Sophia explores their inner world through conversation, play, and creative expression. Sophia supports her patients by building emotional resilience, deepening self-awareness, and improving their relationships with others.

Sophia Felson is a fourth-year advanced doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology – Los Angeles Campus. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School – Los Angeles. Her clinical experience includes working as a therapist in both outpatient and inpatient settings and training in neuropsychological assessments.
